Essex Design Guide The iconic Essex Design Guide has been digitally revamped to provide contemporary socio economic, environmental, and best practice guidance to planners and those interested in the provision of new housing developments. The 2018 version of the Guide is available at www.essexdesignguide.co.uk and is an interactive web-based design tool, ensuring content can be refreshed and added in order to respond to the challenges and opportunities for Essex. Assets of Community Five Assets of Community Value nominations were considered by the council on 22 March 2018. These were all approved and have now been added into the Assets of Community Value list.
